During the holiday, our office hours will be adjusted as well.    

1.All offices, lab and Production will be closed from Feb. 11st to 17th. We'll resume normal work from Feb. 18th.    

2. Our sales team will respond to your inquiries. Please note that there may be a delay due to holidays.    

3. If you need immediate assistance, please highlight 'urgent' in the email. We'll surely reply to you as soon as possible.    

4. All orders placed during this period will be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis after holiday.
